Data We Store in Synoltra

Workspace & Chat
Workspace adalah ruang kolaborasi di Synoltra — bisa berupa percakapan langsung (1-on-1) atau grup. Pesan yang dikirim disimpan di server kami secara real-time.
Siapa yang bisa membaca pesanmu?
Saat ini belum ada fitur hapus pesan. Pesan yang sudah terkirim akan tetap tersimpan meskipun kamu keluar dari workspace atau menghapus akun. Kami akan menambahkan fitur ini di pembaruan mendatang.

Workspace is a collaboration space in Synoltra — it can be a direct conversation (1-on-1) or a group. Messages sent are stored on our servers in real-time.
Who can read your messages?
There is currently no message deletion feature. Sent messages will remain stored even if you leave the workspace or delete your account. We will add this feature in a future update.
Anyone can create a workspace — regular users, admins, and owners alike.
Dev (Integrasi GitHub)
Dev adalah fitur yang memungkinkan kamu menghubungkan akun GitHub ke Synoltra untuk melihat, membuka, dan mengedit repository langsung dari dalam aplikasi — termasuk melakukan commit perubahan.
Bagaimana koneksi dibuat
Koneksi dibuat melalui GitHub App resmi Synoltra (bukan akses password GitHub-mu). Kamu memilih sendiri akun/organisasi dan repository mana yang diizinkan diakses saat proses instalasi di GitHub.

Memutus koneksi
Kamu bisa memutus (unlink) koneksi akun GitHub kapan saja dari halaman Dev. Setelah diputus, Synoltra berhenti menampilkan akun tersebut dan token terkait tidak lagi dipakai. Namun, untuk benar-benar mencabut izin GitHub App "Synoltra" dari sisi GitHub (termasuk menghapus instalasinya dari repo/organisasi), kamu perlu menghapusnya sendiri lewat GitHub: Settings → Applications → Synoltra.
Penting: Perubahan (commit) yang kamu buat lewat fitur Dev akan tercatat di riwayat GitHub repository tersebut seperti commit biasa, dan bisa dilihat siapa saja yang punya akses ke repo itu di GitHub — ini mengikuti aturan visibilitas repo kamu sendiri di GitHub, bukan diatur oleh Synoltra.
Dev is a feature that lets you connect your GitHub account to Synoltra to view, open, and edit repositories directly from within the app — including committing changes.
How the connection is made
The connection is made through Synoltra's official GitHub App (not your GitHub password). You choose which accounts/organizations and repositories to allow access to during the GitHub installation process.

Disconnecting
You can unlink a GitHub account connection at any time from the Dev page. Once unlinked, Synoltra stops showing that account and its token is no longer used. However, to fully revoke the "Synoltra" GitHub App's permissions on GitHub's side (including removing its installation from a repo/organization), you need to remove it yourself via GitHub: Settings → Applications → Synoltra.
Important: Changes (commits) you make through the Dev feature are recorded in that repository's GitHub history like any normal commit, and can be seen by anyone with access to that repo on GitHub — this follows your own repo's visibility rules on GitHub, not something Synoltra controls.
People
People adalah fitur pencarian pengguna lain di Synoltra berdasarkan username atau nama tampilan. Hasil pencarian menampilkan profil dasar publik.
Saat ini belum ada opsi untuk menyembunyikan profil dari pencarian People. Jika kamu butuh kontrol ini, hubungi kami lewat kontak di bagian bawah halaman ini.
People is a feature for searching other Synoltra users by username or display name. Search results show a basic public profile.
There is currently no option to hide your profile from People search. If you need this control, contact us via the details at the bottom of this page.
Vault
Vault adalah ruang penyimpanan catatan pribadi di Synoltra. Saat ini Vault hanya mendukung teks biasa — tidak ada lampiran, gambar, atau file.
Penting: Jangan simpan informasi sensitif di Vault seperti password, PIN, nomor kartu kredit, atau data identitas pribadi. Vault belum dirancang sebagai pengelola kata sandi.
Vault is a personal note storage space in Synoltra. Currently Vault only supports plain text — no attachments, images, or files.
Important: Do not store sensitive information in Vault such as passwords, PINs, credit card numbers, or personal identity data. Vault is not designed as a password manager.
Tools Bawaan Synoltra
Synoltra Built-in Tools
Synoltra menyediakan beberapa tools ringan (misalnya kompresi gambar) yang berjalan sepenuhnya di browser kamu. Artinya, data yang kamu masukkan ke tools ini tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami.

Synoltra provides some lightweight tools (such as image compression) that run entirely in your browser. This means data you enter into these tools is never sent to our servers.
All processing happens on your own device. We do not store, read, or access any data you use in these tool features — unless we explicitly notify you of a policy change.
Penghapusan Akun & Data
Account & Data Deletion
Kamu bisa menghapus akun MEA melalui halaman pengaturan di MEA Account Center. Setelah permintaan penghapusan diajukan:
Pesan di Workspace akan tetap tersimpan setelah penghapusan akun karena masih terikat dengan percakapan pengguna lain. Fitur penghapusan pesan mandiri sedang dalam pengembangan.
You can delete your MEA account through the settings page in MEA Account Center. After a deletion request is submitted:
Workspace messages will remain stored after account deletion as they are tied to other users' conversations. A self-deletion feature for messages is under development.
